By accessing or using this website or Zapio HRMS, you agree to these terms. If you use Zapio HRMS on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that business. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

Using our website
You may use this website to learn about Zapio HRMS, contact us and book demos. You agree not to:
- use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, our systems or other users’ data;
- introduce malware or interfere with the website’s operation;
- submit false information or use the forms to send spam;
- copy, scrape or reuse website content except as allowed by law.
Accounts and subscriptions
Access to Zapio HRMS is provided under the plan you choose and, where applicable, a customer agreement or order form. If there is a conflict between these terms and a signed customer agreement, the customer agreement applies.
You are responsible for keeping login details confidential, for the activity of users you invite, and for making sure user access is appropriate for each role.
Plans, pricing and payment
Prices shown on our website are in UAE dirhams (AED). At the time of writing, Zapio HRMS is free for teams of up to 10 employees and costs AED 10 per employee per month for teams of 11–100 employees, with custom quotes for larger organisations. Applicable taxes, including VAT, may apply.
We may change our prices or plans in the future. Any change to a paid subscription will be communicated in advance and will apply from your next billing period.
Your data and responsibilities
You keep ownership of the data you and your organisation enter into Zapio HRMS. You are responsible for its accuracy and for having a lawful basis to process your employees’ personal data, including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and labour laws.
You are responsible for reviewing payroll, WPS files, settlements and other outputs before relying on or submitting them. Zapio HRMS is a tool to support your HR processes; final decisions and submissions remain your responsibility.

Free tools and information
Our website includes free tools and general information, such as the UAE gratuity calculator and articles about HR topics. These are provided for general guidance only. Results are estimates and may not reflect your contract, free zone or government rules, or the latest legal changes.
They are not legal, financial or tax advice. For decisions about your rights or obligations, please consult the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), your free zone authority or a qualified adviser.
Intellectual property
The website, software, design, logos, text, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to Zapio and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from them without our written permission, except as needed to use the service as intended.
Third-party services
The website may link to or use third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and Google Fonts. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the website and Zapio HRMS available and secure, but we do not guarantee that they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, improve or change features from time to time.
Disclaimer
Except where stated in a signed customer agreement, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zapio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or free tools. Our total liability for paid services is limited as set out in your customer agreement.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the website or services if these terms are breached, if required by law, or to protect our systems or other users. You may stop using the services at any time, subject to your plan or customer agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated. Continued use of the website or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai will have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless your customer agreement says otherwise.
